The version above is the one found in the Final Doom Steam package.
A slightly different, and rarer, version is found on a later revision of id Anthology as well as the Macintosh version of Final Doom. This alternate version of the IWAD is also the one available for purchase from GOG.com. This version does not have the yellow keycard bug, and also removed unnecessary secret specials from sectors 57, 58, 59 and 61 in MAP10. This map also has its nodes rebuilt, resulting demos recorded using this IWAD to desync on regular version. The rest of changes are the presence of _DEUTEX_ lump and inclusion of P1_START/P1_END lumps inside patch section and F1_START/F1_END lumps inside flat section. Despite of all these changes, this version is also called v1.9. It is 18,654,796 bytes in size, contains 3,106 entries, it is dated 1996-11-14 and has the following hashes:

The American PlayStation Network version is 18,222,568 bytes in size, contains 3,101 entries, is based on the most common version described above but with pickup sprites of stimpacks, medikits and berserk packs modified to replace the red cross with a red and white pill, already includes the fixed version of MAP31, and has the following hashes:

The European PlayStation Network version is 18,226,047 bytes in size, contains 3,101 entries, and is similar to the American variant. However, it is incorrectly marked as a PWAD and the Wolf3D-related patches and sprites have been changed similarly to the BFG Edition. It has the following hashes:
