- At the westernmost part of the map, kill the two arch-viles in the cave here to open the central cave with a plasma gun and an energy cell. (sector 143)

- After reaching the cavern roof, head to the northern part of the field and climb on the pole, then up the trees and rocks to the western part of the area. Press the switch here, then run and jump northeast until you reach the northern area with the racetrack, which has a megasphere. (sector 2096)
