So is it Affrit or Afrit? The title says "Affrit", but it's Afrit in the text.

You might want to add that the afrits are named after (arabic) mythological beings. Afrit/Efreet/Ifrit were a subclass of djinni commonly associated with fire, hence fire spirits.
