Custom things mapping

The New monsters section and the DeHackEd lump allowed to compile the following custom things mapping file for DMMPST (TSV format):

The walkthrough/secret descriptions mentioning custom monsters in maps where the Things tables didn't list them, made me realize the DEHACKED lump contained duplicate entries for them. The tables have now been updated using the following list:
