Andrey is known to be of Ukrainian nationality, and both languages use the Cyrillic alphabet. Are you stating that the spelling being used is specific to the Russian language, or basing this on the Cyrillic alone? If so, the latter would be incorrect. --Quasar (talk) 10:58, 3 August 2015 (CDT)
Ukrainian Cyrillic has some characters missing from Russian Cyrillic and vice-versa, however all the characters in "Андрей Будько" belong to both sets. --Gez (talk) 17:53, 3 August 2015 (CDT)
