Just in response to Dynamo's edit: the newly added things do not appear in any of the maps–i had checked every map with UDB before i committed the list. Maybe i should have added that to intro sentence. The diabolist (27705) was included in my original list. The typo, however, was indeed oversight. Apologies for that. While of course there's no harm in including all the unused things, if future maps did include any extra things from Supercharge, the mapping file could have been updated at that point as well. --Gregor (talk) 15:25, 12 June 2023 (CDT)
- That would have been helpful, yes. And 27705 turned out to be duplicated with a spelling error too - fixed. The general approach to unused things may be not to list them, but it may also be easy to overlook one rare thing in one map. So it's better to list what you can, and let DMMPST take care of it. It certainly isn't necessary to prune unused things from the TSV after the work to identify all custom things has already been put into it, regardless of whether they might be used in the future. That's just not very nice to whoever put in the effort to list them - although I know you didn't mean it that way. --Xymph (talk) 16:29, 12 June 2023 (CDT)
- Understood. I was just a bit bumped out because i went the extra mile of actually going through every map in UDB precisely to avoid all these unused things being listed, only for it to be overwritten. "All my work for nothing... Noooooo!" ;) But it was obviously just unnecessary work on my part. Shouldn't have reverted the post. Apologies to Dynamo. --Gregor (talk) 16:59, 12 June 2023 (CDT)
Soundtrack info discrepancy[edit]
The text file lists the source for the title screen track as Hellstorm Archon's Doom Ambient pack. However, I asked Snaxalotl and she confirmed that this in fact a different track entirely called "Sewer Ritual" that she composed herself and forgot to list in the credits. --Gregor (talk) 22:32, 9 June 2023 (CDT)
Episode 2 maps added[edit]
I added the first two maps of Episode 2 to the article despite the fact that the full Episode 2 hasn't been released yet. However, the PK3 already contains episode 2 with these two maps and Snaxalotl informed me that both maps are finished. So why not add them since they are already part of the mod anyways. --Gregor (talk) 23:41, 11 June 2023 (CDT)
