Article was created by an anon with only "birb" as the text and then blanked and nominated for deletion by another anon. I have taken the liberty to add actual info but w/o removing the template (since technically we don't do that). He made a few maps and organized a the Eagle Mapping Project, so notable enough if a real article is made.
