Talk:Bad Mood

Plagiarized from the Other Wiki[edit]

Somebody copied the initial revision of this article nearly verbatim from our origin site, so, I am afraid it is going to have to be totally rewritten. The article was added on that site on 21 January, and then on 27 January a completely different IP pasted the same content here. --Quasar (talk) 21:08, 6 May 2014 (UTC)

As of 20140506 21:42 CDT I have imported the revision history of the original article so that its author is properly credited under CC-BY-SA. --SpiderMastermind (talk) 02:43, 7 May 2014 (UTC)

FYI, it was me who wrote both the original article on the "origin site", and then moved the content that I had written over onto this wiki once I realized this was the better home for it, so actually there wasn't any plagiarism. Apologies for not using logins for either site which would have allowed you to tell that there wasn't any issue AnthonyJ (talk) 08:38, 13 May 2014 (UTC). (different IPs = "work with funky routing via the US" vs "home")

No problem; since the IPs didn't match I preferred to err on the side of caution since CC BY-SA (which is used at both sites) requires attribution strictly. We prefer not to have duplicate content as compared to the other site anyway for SEO purposes (Google won't return identical hits for the same query without a lot of voodoo) so my giving it a once over for rewording wasn't a waste of my time at any rate (also gave me a chance to learn a bit more about the subject at hand) :) If you find any of my changes have made the article less accurate, feel free to reverse or augment some of them. --Quasar (talk) 14:37, 13 May 2014 (UTC)
