Bots with outdated lists of "hot pages" apparently. Because according to Google, very few people search for or hit this page any longer:

Unfortunately a page once on those lists is likely to stay on them. Spammers can buy these databases with years/decades of built-up spam targets. --Quasar (talk) 09:38, 29 June 2015 (CDT)
