Specify version

The article should also explain witch version of Heretic the source code compiles to. If you compile from source you would want to know if patching is relevant, or if the patch updates has been incorporated directly into the source code. If i knew i would add it to the article myself but i honestly have no clue.

The source code is for v1.3, as it includes changes that were made to support Shadow of the Serpent Riders. --Quasar (talk) 06:40, 18 November 2018 (CST)
