Really? Isn't that a bold quote? Maybe the lump lookup algorithm is 300% faster, but not the engine (which means rendering, etc). A 300% engine speed up would mean that Doom would run three times faster on a 386, which is incredible. The part of Doom which requires the more CPU time is the rendering AFAIK. If the sentence is not accurate, we should change it because it's not clear. I don't think it's accurate, because it would be incredible. --Axdoomer (talk) 00:38, 18 April 2017 (CDT)
