Patient from Log?

Since thier is only one of these guys in the thuird level in the med bay, could this be the patient from the log found in the adjacent room? Mr. Wilson I think. He kinda looked like a patient. Now we know the docter and guard from earlier are both dead, but this guy remains. Is he the attackting patient from the log? Or was that the sedated guy from level 1?
