Thanks for asking before going ahead! Now that you did, I for one see no problem with you creating the article since source port articles are generally worth adding to the wiki since source ports are so rare compared to mods (and Nyan Doom was already redlinked), and as the developer, you are an obvious expert on the topic, which for this type of article is especially advantageous.
