Talk:Thomas Lutrov (Lutrov71)

This doesn't read NPOV and would be more suited to a User: page.

I have to agree. The value statements aren't backed by any developed points of view (substantial reviews could be used here), and "continually seeks to improve his skills" needs to be referenced somehow, such as with posts or comments of his about any improvement efforts. This thread at Central Processing, while it failed to establish any new and general policies, certainly seemed to show that there was no consensus for courtesy deletions.  Every editor who has commented after the fact, including the deleting admin, said that it shouldn't have been done like that.  Obviously, it can still be nominated for deletion in the normal way if someone feels that they have a good argument for doing so (see also discussion here).

To avoid the appearance of a power grab, I agree not to perform any further admin actions on this article.    Ryan W 15:45, 6 June 2008 (UTC)
