The 10x10 Project is a twelve-map episode replacement for Doom II designed for Boom-compatible source ports by LunchLunch. It was made as a mapping exercise in using limited textures and flats, with each map using only ten stock flats and textures (excluding a few universal textures such as switches, DOORTRAK, lights and so forth). The first ten maps all begin in a void with a synecdoche showcasing the ten flats and textures that will be used in the level. The gameplay ranges from Plutonia difficulty to Sunder-esque, with later levels in the set being heavily inspired by the work of Killer5 and Insane_Gazebo, though a bit easier in difficulty.

The WAD was released in two parts, with the first five levels and the secret level being posted to the Doomer Boards and Doomworld forums on November 15, 2021. The remaining maps were released on March 3, 2022 with an idgames release following on June 22, 2022. The final release included a new INTERPIC and M_DOOM graphic created by Pixel Fiend and a custom status bar created by Scotty.

The 10x10 Project received a Cacoward at the Cacowards 2022.
