The Egg of Human Endeavors is a February 2018 map for Doom II, created by Benjogami as part of the Doom Mapping Contest II: Hellectric Boogaloo, hosted by streamer Vargskelethor Joel. It uses textures from arch_tx.wad, by Archi, and the music track "The Spirit World" from the game Shizuku.
