Lore[edit]

Shaped by the enslaved remains of Hell’s vanquished, the Abyssal Keep has been the seat of Hell’s most formidable lords. It is currently the domain of Prince Ahzrak. At the beginning of the Unholy Wars, King Novik led an assault on the keep, but was repelled after he underestimated Ahzrak’s tactical brilliance.

Insparation and development[edit]

According to Hugo Martin the portal on the platform where the cyberdemon toy is located was originally intended to lead to another section of the map. Also the level was shortened because it was too long.[1]
