The Last Strike DM 2003 is a deathmatch megawad for Doom II, created by Chronohunter45, Gothy (also known as Sazabi) and Jackass, members of the eponymous TLSDM mapping team for the ZDaemon source port. It is the mapping team's first project under their TLSDM handle, and the sequel to The Last Strike DM II, which was published in 2002. After an initial demo release on March 11, 2003, TLSDM2003 saw a full release on the 23rd of that same month. Subsequently, a patched version containing various bugfixes and two new bonus maps was released on November 3 that year. It features several unique themes not before seen in deathmatch WADs, such as an airplane in flight, a berserk boxing ring, and a French town. The megawad also comes with a new weapon, a railgun that replaces the regular shotgun, as well as a host of other graphic replacements and sound effects. TLSDM2003 received a sequel, The Last Strike DM 2004, the following year.
