Thomas Pilger (Panter)

Thomas Pilger (alias Panter) is a German Doom speedrunner (born 1979) who, between 1997 and 1999, submitted more than 220 demos to Compet-n and over 240 to the Doom Speed Demo Archive. One of his most notable accomplishments was 30nm4949, the first valid speedrun of all of Doom II on Nightmare! difficulty. Thomas also ran a website collecting Reality demos.

Compet-n maintains two separate competitions for levels that have an exit to a secret level. The styles with such a differentiation are UV speed, NM speed and UV pacifist.
