Thomas Seifert (alias tourniquet) is a Doom level designer who contributed to a number of community projects. He is perhaps best known for Miasma, which was awarded a Cacoward in 2016, and was featured in Doomworld's Top 100 Most Memorable Maps, placing 89th.
