UAC Invasion: The Supply Depot is a single-level PWAD for Doom II and the ZDoom source port. It was released in September 2018 by DooMknight after an 11-year development process, and includes a custom music track by Andrew G. Sega, along with title and intermission tracks. It was one of the winners of the 2018 Cacowards.

UAC Invasion: The Supply Depot includes a DECORATE lump with associated sprites that define several new monsters and a large array of custom objects.

A pool of blood (Thing 1753) has no flags set for any of the three difficulty classes, so it does not actually appear in the level.

There is an imp (Thing 3471) in the toxic flooded area that never attacks the player.

A health bonus (Thing 5077) is located in a normally inaccessible part of the level, making it extremely difficult (but not impossible in GZDoom with rocket jumping in hardware rendering mode) to obtain 100% items without cheating.

It is possible to get stuck in the area where the battle with the spiderdemon and arachnotrons takes place by entering it again, since the trigger to close the entrance is activated by multiple linedefs just past it, and reopening it from the inside requires killing the spiderdemon, which obviously cannot be done more than once.
