Antigravity Discharge: Creates a 360-degree shockwave at Freeman's position that reflects nearby projectiles. In PvE, the shockwave will also push away monsters, causing them to take damage when impacting walls or other enemies.

- H.E.V. Suit: Freeman is immune to environmental damage and gains armour when picking Lighting Gun coils.
- Extraction: When near death, Freeman is forcibly extracted and placed into a random location by his overseer. This has an unmodifiable internal cooldown of 60 seconds.

Black Tarot: Allows to select up to 3 tarot effects with the directional keys. Picking the same effect provides a stronger version of it.

- Demon Morph: Gathering 66 souls morphs Daniel into his Demon Form. Powerful, but slow. In PvP, Champion souls are worth 11 each.
- Painkiller Weapon: Replaces the standard Gauntlet for the eponymous weapon, which is slightly stronger and has an Alt Fire projectile.

The Intruder

Wendigo's Curse: Turns the Intruder completely invisible when activated, providing increased damage resistance and reduced damage output for the duration of the effect. He will become temporarily visible if taking damage or firing his weapon while the ability is in effect, which will nullify all applied buffs/debuffs until he turns invisible again. In addition, the Intruder will create loud noises and leave a trail of blood while the effect is active, giving away his position (does not affect PvE enemies; they will not be aware of his position un).

- His Sparks: Gains a temporary Speed Boost after killing an enemy.
- Treasure Hunter (PvE Only): Intruder gains additional armour upon finding a secret area on a map.

Kane
|

Stroyent Injection: Heals 75 and gain a temporary speed boost. In PvE, it gives a MegaHealth worth of stack.

- Crouchslide: Hold CROUCH when landing on the floor to gain a big speed boost.
- Slidekick (PvE Only): Enemies hit with a Crouchslide will be stunned and float for a small amount of time. If damaged while floating, they drop armour shards.

Caleb
|

Voodoo Doll: Caleb produces his signature mystical effigy. Primary Fire has him stab the doll, dealing significant damage while recovering and overstacking a small amount of health. Alt-fire releases a shadow that travels through walls and damages anything standing within it, at the cost of the doll's remaining activation time.

Life Essence: Enemies killed by Caleb will drop a life essence pickup which recovers a small amount of health. Can overstack.

Dopplegänger: Deploys a holographic clone on the arena to confuse and distract enemies. Using the ability a second time teleports Eleena to the clone's position and vice-versa.

- Acrobatic: Holding Jump increases base jump height. Holding Crouch while in mid-air increases falling speed.
- Training Weights: When Eleena has no armour, her movement speed increases by 20%.

Lucienne

Cleansing Fire: Casts a fireball that deals 10% damage of max and applies a curse debuff, causing struck enemies to take +20% damage for 2 seconds. Throwing the fireball at herself and allies heals 20% of their max .

- Blessing: Armour overstack does not degenerate over time. Heavy armour allows Lucienne to overstack up to +100 instead of 75.
- Immolation: When killed, Lucienne creates a fireball at her point of expiration, which then detonates with a powerful explosion that deals heavy damage to anything caught in the blast radius.

Hunter

Voodoo Guardian: Summons a floating skull above Hunter's left shoulder, which automatically shoots nearby enemies. In PvP, enemies struck by the skull's projectile will leave a trail for Hunter to follow.

- Sixth Sense (PvP only): Enemies within the crosshair will leave a trail for Hunter to follow.
- Spoils of the Hunt: Killing enemies will increase Hunter's max health, armour or ammo capacity for current level (PvE)/ current life (PvP).

Postal Dude

Diseased Cow Head: Throws a severed cow head to the arena, which produces noxious gasses that linger for a while. Enemies caught within these clouds will take direct health (armour bypassing) damage over time, which increases the longer the enemy remains in the clouds.

- Cracked Lungs: Mega Health provides a +75 overstack that does not decay for 40 seconds (90 in PvE). After this time has expired, any remaining overstack will degenerate rapidly. If no overstack is present, Postal Dude takes 25 damage instead. The effects can be further delayed by picking up another Mega Health.
- Crouch Jump: Jumping while Holding Crouch has the Postal Dude perform a higher jump.

|
Inquisitor

- Complimentary Ammo: Gets a serious amount of ammo for the current weapon when picking up Light and Heavy armour.
