Sure. They are files used by the new Monaco skin that Wikia is now rolling out. If you haven't already, check it out. It's like a new & improved version of Quartz, an in fact is intended to eventually replace Quartz. I like Monaco and use it myself. You can get a lot of links to important info on the Monaco sidebar without using much screen space, since it uses submenus.
