Druedog, as you probably know, whenever you run a Win9x program (like Doom95.exe) on an NT-based system, nothing is guaranteed to work, and most programs run slowly or with flawed graphics/sound. You should probably use a source port instead, because some of those are updated regularly for new hardware/OSes. If you don't want to use a source port, see our very incomplete tutorial here, which may or may not solve your problem, or try here where you will find a much larger pool of experienced players.
