To get the shareware version (DOOM1.WAD) of Doom v1.9, you may download it here, or use any of the idgames mirrors here. Both links can be found in the Shareware article on the wiki. To get the full / registered version (DOOM.WAD) of the game with every episode, however, you must buy it from id Software's official website. At that site, it is available as The Ultimate Doom, which contains an extra, fourth episode, along with its sequel, Doom II, and the sequel's expansion pack, Final Doom.
