Commercial compilations page

I had to revert your change to the List of commercial compilations as far as moving the notes into the table goes because this breaks the page on the mobile view. Note that we have a reference popup gadget installed on the wiki that allows reading the notes inline just by hovering over the reference tag. --Quasar (talk) 10:42, 2 March 2019 (CST)
