"Editor" status?[edit]
Greetings.
Knowing of your standing in the Doom community, and in light of the cluefulness of your previous contributions here, I wonder if you would be willing to help with the revision checking process. Your choice, obviously — extra responsibility isn't usually fun — but I believe that it would help the project. Ryan W 04:15, 20 January 2012 (UTC)
- So basically I'd have the ability to certify that the most recent revision of a page is the result of constructive edits rather than vandalism (or alternatively revert said vandalism)? (And not necessarily the accuracy, which as I understand it is what a "reviewer" does.) -- CODOR 20:15, 21 January 2012 (UTC)
- Absent a written policy, there is some disagreement about the details (see thread here), but yes, that is a completely valid approach IMO. Ryan W 04:16, 22 January 2012 (UTC)
- Sounds good. I haven't had as much time as I'd like lately for the handful of edits I want to do (mostly research to verify things), but I think I'd have time for this... -- CODOR 22:10, 2 February 2012 (UTC)
- You are now marked as an Editor. See the above linked thread for some documentation of how it works. Any time you can spare is appreciated. Ryan W 01:37, 3 February 2012 (UTC)
