Capitalization as emphasis

Please do not use capitalization as emphasis. It is not proper wiki encyclopedia formatting as defined by Wikipedia here. In general this wiki follows the Wikipedia formatting unless stated otherwise.

Also, please do not revert other people's reverts without stating your rationale. This is recommended because reverting reverts without explanation is in essence counterproductive edit warring, which in general should be avoided at all times.
