WAD Concatenater (or WADCAT) is a small MS-DOS utility made by Matthew Ayres that joins together different WAD files into one. It works with Doom, Doom II, and Heretic WADs. The joining effect does not apply to texture, music and sound lumps. WADCAT was created specifically to support WADED level editor, as it did not have the ability to save multiple levels in a WAD file. WADCAT is a freeware that was distributed both standalone and bundled with WADED. Its source code has never been released.
