Letters in italics refer to marked spots on the map. Sector, thing, and linedef numbers in boldface are secrets which count toward the end-of-level tally.

Essentials[edit]

Other points of interest[edit]

Secrets[edit]

  1. Along the north-east side of the main outer path, there are two lifts leading to a dark room with several enemies, some ammo and some exploding barrels. There is a secret door to the south in this room, leading to a rocket launcher. (sector 220)
  2. From the central room with the plasma rifle, head south-east through a door, and round to a room with a chaingun. Approaching the chaingun lowers a platform on the other side of the room, which counts as a secret, containing a shotgun guy. (sector 143)
  3. On approaching the blue key in the south-east, a section of the floor raises to reveal a walkway between two windows, which both lead to a path containing a soul sphere, a megaarmor, a BFG9000, two energy cell packs, and 4-10 imps. The door near the BFG9000, which can only be opened from this side, counts as a secret. Note that the walkway can only be raised once, so if you fall off, it will be impossible to get credit for this secret. (sector 180)
  4. East of the plasma rifle is a blue door which leads to the switch which lowers the red key. This door counts as a secret, which is impossible to miss unless you exploit the bug below. (sector 34)
  5. North of the plasma rifle is a secret door leading to an energy cell, a backpack, and an armor. (sector 22)
  6. East of the room behind #5 is a secret door leading to a teleporter which takes you to a room with a chainsaw, a medikit, and some enemies. (sector 145)
  7. South of the chainsaw (see #6) is a secret door leading to a health bonus, an armor bonus, and a box of shotgun shells. These items can be grabbed through the wall from the room behind #5. (sector 155)
  8. Going through #7 teleports you to a megaarmor and a medikit. (sector 229) The switch here lowers you to the red key room.
  9. The door leading to the yellow key counts as a secret and is impossible to miss. (sector 108)
  10. The door leading to the exit counts as a secret and is impossible to miss. (sector 222)

Bugs[edit]

The door east of the yellow key does not require the red key to open from the west side, and can be opened by monsters. This means that if the monsters are alerted through the window west of the yellow key, they can open the door and make the red key unnecessary.

A multiplayer-only megaarmor (Thing 167) has no flags set for any of the difficulty classes, so it does not appear on the level.
