Whitemare 2 is a 32-level megawad created by members of the Russian Doom community, a sequel to 2011's Whitemare. Many of the levels were made during speedmapping contests held in 2013. Many of the maps are themed around the winter season. The maps themselves are Boom compatible, though due to the presence of OGG and MP3 format music, a more modern port (i.e PrBoom+, ZDoom, Eternity) is required.
The WAD was released on 1 March, 2014, and uploaded to the idgames archive shortly afterwards. The WAD was well received, and was named as a runner-up at the 21st Annual Cacowards.
