William Mull (Phoebus)

William Mull (alias Phoebus) is a webmaster best known as the founder and administrator of New Doom and its forums. He also operated Raven-Games.com (not to be confused with RavenGames.com), MindlessGames.com (Mindless Games & Entertainment), and a wide network of websites dedicated to games by Raven Software.
At Raven Software itself, William worked as webmaster around 2000 during the development of Soldier of Fortune.[1]
